Below are some of the questions that arise all the time - so hopefully we can help answer them before you call us..

1. How long do i get the bouncy castle for?

Childrens parties tend to be in the afternoon, so we aim to deliver the bouncy castle between 8am and Mid-day on the day. Usually you can expect it about 10am. Set-up takes minutes (literally). We will organise collection with the party organiser, usually between 4pm to 7pm. Collection takes approx 15-20 minutes.

2. What comes with the bouncy castle?

Automatically with your hire, you get delivery & collection, a groundsheet (if required), safety mat, and fixing pegs. Leaving you to worry about anything BUT the bouncy castle!

We do offer many optional extra's like , and even a full Decoration Service!

3. What happens if it rains on the day?

OH NO! We booked a bouncy castle 3 months in advance - how do we know if the weather will be good! - Don't panic. We stock 'All Weather' castles! They come with a rain shield which aslo doubles as a sun protection on the hottest days.. Check the description for this symbol

4. Can we book?

To be honest - booking your bouncy castle is always best. Some of our castles are obviously more popular with boys than girls and vice versa, so to avoid dissapointment, book early. Don't panic - we are also used to people calling the day before - but we can't guarantee your choice is available.

5. How far will you deliver?

We like to keep within Greater Manchester and the outskirts - anything further may incur a small delivery fee. to see our postcode guide on delivery costs.
